This image of the Dumbell Nebula was taken at the end of June between Midnight and 2am with a Canon 40D DSLR modified camera.

8" F/8 Ritchey Chretien Astrograph with 6.3 reducer / flatner making an F/5 imaging system. 18 x 3 mins @ ISO 1600 light frames and 15 darks captured, aligned and stacked in Nebulosity. Digital Development in Images Plus, Levels and Curves in Photoshop CS5.
